The point of this event is to provide the teens with a great experince discovering Virtual worlds and Virtual Art experinces that will allow them to explore their world and expressing themselves through a new aveuen of VR and AR art. With this event we are the liasons of the VR experince thus we wil be the ones to help them settle, adjust, and naviagte to the art experinces that we will be providing them on Nov 15th. Below is a short list of operations that we will be taking on as the VR liasons.
Main Parts of VR headseats
The headsets are all work the same way in that they are visors that go over the users head and the user will peer through the lens to view their VR Experince. Below is a quick overview of the main pieces of Oculus headsets using the Oculus go as the example.

Getting the Headset on the user
Making sure the Vr experince is a amazing one starts with setting them up right from the begining. The begining of there experince comes to putting on the headsets. For our VR liasons first thing to do are
Wipe the Mask for the new user
Give the user the on the HeadSet so they can put it on like googles
Make sure they know they can adjust it "similar to wearing glasses"
Ask the user if their "view is clear"
After they have the headset on you adjust the headset for them
Ask the user if their "headset is tight"
When they are ready you hold out the joystick so they can grab it
Lastly you put the joystick strap around their wrist
Make sure they are seated first
Have the user put on the headset

Setting up the experince
For most of Google experinces you want to make sure they are sitting down, ( it makes sure they are not walking into things they can't see" To make sure they are doing well and are able to play the experince they way it is supposed to be, the VR liasons
Make sure they are sitting and able to and ready to start
Ask the user if to "find the Library button on the Menu Bar"
After they clicked on the library button have them pick an app
Let them know they have a limited amount of play time
Lastly you let them know they you will be there keep them safe.
Make sure they are seatted
Have them navigate to library
Pick one of the art Apps
Have them paint and experince VR
